Order Support
Yes.You can alter your order within 1 business day.Unfortunately, as our order process is automated in order to get your order out to you as soon as possible we cannot alter the order it the order have been processed on the carrier end.
When pre-ordering a product we will allocate the product to you, process the payment, and subsequently notify you
approximately 3 days before we ship it to you.
Please note that the shipping date is estimated, and we will endeavour to ship no later than this. If the delivery date
changes, we will notify you.
Returns and Shipping
All in-stock items will ship within 3 business day and as soon as we start packing your order, we will send you a shipment confirmation email.
Every fulfilled order will automatically receive a tracking confirmation within a week (contact us if you don’t see this after 5 business days).
In the event that any product defect (nonconformity) occurred with respect to the product, Craftinrock will provide product replacement or refund service within the warranty period.
General Questions
We will strive to make effort to use recyclable material to protect our enviroment,and almost 100% of the package is recyclable.
